Does high LH = high FSH?

Afternoon ladies.

I know i currently have elevated LH levels due to constantly +OPK but what i wondered is whether this would definitely mean that my FSH levels would also be elevated?

All comments welcome

PS I don't have PCOS which i know can mean higher levels of LH than FSH.

Oh i'm getting LH/FSH bloods done but am currently trying to second guess what the results will be.
