Does Implant cause cramps???

I had some bad cramps lastnite and I wonder if they could have been implant....Does implant norm cause cramps?? I am 7 DPO today I think....

It did with me for about 7 or so days.

Thanks! I wonder when I could have a positive test from and also I was told that you can have a lite positive at the time of implant from the hormones and then not have anymore for days after that...I think it has happened to me before with my last but I cant be sure....
