Hi ladies

Ive been having 26 day cycles and I've been ovulating around day 15/16

This month however I ovulated on day 19.

Does this mean my period will be a few days late (if i'm not pregnant obviously?)

Going by my usual 26 day cycles I am due on today, and so far no sign of AF. Not really having any prego symptoms apart from being tired and a bit constipated :haha: but I've had a bit of dull back ache and come up in some spots which are usually AF symptoms for me :(

Just wondering if I am even late or if my period will be delayed?

Yes. The length from AF to ovulation can vary, but the length from O to AF tends to be more consistent (Luteal phase or lp). Mine is 12 days, but I have had two 14 day lp I suspect were cps. So if O cd 13, I get af cd 26. If I O cd 28, af comes on CD 41.

Thank you... ill have to see if the old witch arrives then i guess :-

Yes indeed! But the luteal phase should always be the same i think..

Yup agreed with all pp AF-->O can vary greatly, O--> AF usually the same or close.
Late implant is the only thing that could POSSIBLY ( not reliably) delay AF. Oh and taking progesterone hehe
