Does most people get Implantation Bleeding or Cramps

Ok, is it common for most people to get implantation cramps or and bleeding? I've been having dull cramps since 9dpo and I havent seen any spotting?

I had ib with my 3rd, but not my other two. I don't remember having cramps until after I knew I was pregnant, but I wasn't paying attention!

I am almost 13 dpo and felt cramping last night and now some bleeding this morning. I had tender breasts too, but now they don't feel tender. I think I may have had a chemical miscarriage? I took a pregnancy test this morning and BFN but my period is due 7/30?
