Does my chart look triphasic?

Could my chart already be triphasic at 8dpo?

Technically there are 3 levels, but usually you want several temps in the same range before it moves up - kind of sustained levels if you will
It doesnt have to be to mean bfp tho- some ppl dont get 3 levels of temps, other may get 4 etc.
Below is my 2010 BFP, you can see it wasn't in the 3 level for a while.
