Does the SMEP plan work?

In the TTC section there is loads on this Darling

The only thing I have to say about it is, it is a brilliant plan but hard to follow realistically when you have daily aspects of your life to consider...such as...my OH is away some nights for work so we can't always stick to it.

We'd decided to start it last month but haven't actually done it yet, not even close

However, neither of us are working over July and August so hopefully...

Every month we say we will do it but have never successfully managed to do it correctly yet

It is hard as sometimes other stuff just gets in the way. I just aim to follow it as closely as possible and see what happens but not stress too much if we don't follow it to the letter.
