My baby is 3 and a 1/2 months. For the past couple of weeks he has had a stuffy nose in the morning only and I noticed it's a little hard for him to nurse sometimes. Do you think it is something I am eating?

Thank you

No, I don't think it's something you're eating, or anything to do with BF for that matter :flower: probably just winter dryness.

I agree with seaweed eater, it's very unlikely it has anything to do with nursing or your diet. Babies often get stuffy noses this time of year.

My son has had a stuffy nose the last few days. I hate hearing him that way :( you can give him saline drops. My son hates it but it does help him some. I use the Little Noses brand but the Dr said there is another brand called Oceanspray drops I think.

Mine sometimes gets a stuffy nose too. It's nothing to do with breastfeeding or diet, it just happens sometimes :flower:
