Does zantac work for reflux?

Is anyone's baby on Zantac for reflux and has it helped?

My cousin's daughter is 2mo and was just diagnosed with GERD, they put her on zantac and she's soooo much more comfortable! So for them its helping a lot!

Give it at least a couple of days. PJ started feeling better about day 2.

Oh yes! Our LO has severe GERD and it's now been just a week and a half on ranitidine and the difference is fantastic. good luck x

We are now on losec, which i think you call prilosec over there. The ranitidine did nothing for him. It didn't work for my other DS too. I really hope the losec helps

Took at least a good week to notice a difference in my daughter, but it really did help! Now I'm nervous taking her off of it.. it's been 4 month ;(
