Dong quai?

Okay, I am currently ttc my first baby I read online that dong quai is helpful for fertility. (I know not to take it after O)

I was just wondering if any of you lovely ladies used it, and did it work?

My mother used to take it for fibroids AFAIK it's pronounced dong- qwhy.
It's a hormone balancer similar in effect to Vitex
