Donor Egg treatment Czech - any clinic recommendations

Hello I was wondering if anyone had done donor egg treatments in Czech and which clinic.
I am 42 and have done one fresh and one fet and apart from low Amh there has never been a sniff of Bfp or reason for failure. Any guidance really welcome x

Reprofit looks like it has the highest success rates 70% with DE, I will be going for donor FET if everything else were trying at home fails.

I've been treated at Reprofit and they were very professional. I would say that they are not experts if you hAve any immune issues or anything like that, however they have one of the biggest pools of donors and very easy to deal with. My first DE cycle with then was not successful, however I had 2 frozen hatchling blasts and had both transferred 30th May. I am now pregnant after years of trying and 9 treatment cycles, so Reprofit worked off me! They are very fussy about what they will freeze, so don't expect huge numbers of frosties. When looking at success rates remember to look at clinical pregnancy rates (ie live births) as well as positive tests as the difference can be 10%. Best of luck!

I will back Pussycat up and say that when I was treated at Reprofit they were nothing less than professional with me. They can't very well treat immune issues which is very likely with ltttc people, and I would NOT recommend going through Magdeleina as a coordinator when preparing to go with Reprofit - insist on Eva or any of the others. But Reprofit has one of the largest donor banks and can match you very well as well they have their timing down to a science. When I went to Serum things got extremely costly because they couldn't nail their timing down. This happened to another lady as well. She was waiting over a month for her donor to stim and purchasing last minute hotel & airfare along with the stress just about put her over the edge. Reprofit will nail down a transfer date for you 3 months in advance and they'll generally stick to it!

We go to ISCARE in Prague and they do a great job. Very good at explaining what happens when and making you feel comfortable with procedures. We have multiple fertility issues (PCOS, immune/clotting, motility, morphology, etc), so it took a while to find the right medication combination for me to be able to keep a pregnancy, but they finally got my combo of medications, steroids, and injections right! I really like that they do PICSI, vidoe monitoring, and immune treatments. Not a lot of clinics have all of those things. Their prices are very reasonable, their international patient coordinators are lovely (we have Zuzana as ours and she's great), and Dr Hulvert, the lead RE at the clinic, is the nicest doctor I have ever met in my entire life. They even let me bring in my own acupuncturist on transfer day and set me up with a private room to do pre- and post-transfer treatments!
