Don't feel right

I keep having this happen. I'll eat, today was spaghetti, an not soon after feel almost lightheaded. I've had a lot of issues with lightheaded episodes threw out, i'm currently 19 weeks. I was told to eat more frequently, keep snacks, ect on hand..
So what in the world is going on? Ha

I've had visits where my bp was high. Hmm maybe

Have you had your blood sugar checked? The way I found out I was a gestational diabetic was that I started getting sick after eating.
