Don't Know What To Do...

Well... I posted on here a little while ago about already having my names ready.. The thing is... I've changed my mind.. Originally we had

Imogen Eliza Mackenzie - For a girl

And

Brayden Kevin Michael Mackenzie - For a boy

However I've gone off Imogen.. Me And my OH REALLY like the name Olivia.. The problem is.. That's my brother's ex partner's name... Now I know that the name of your child is important as you can't change it when you get fed up or start to dislike it hence why I'm doubting Imogen.. I do like the name but I don't LOVE it.
I really want to call my little girl (If that's what I'm having) Olivia.. But I know fully well that it will upset my brother which is also something I don't want to do..... What would you do ladies??? Any suggestions??

If its a name that you really love that much then I think you should use it . Im sure that most people will know or associate a name you choose with someone - good or bad, but the thing is that the baby is not an extension of that person, they are a whole new little being. . xx

I'd call her Olivia if you love it that much, but maybe speak to your brother first and just see what he says? If they were together a long time or if it was a nasty break up then he probably would be upset by it but then again he might not even be bothered.

I like Olivia, and Imogen too actually xx

I love Braydon, good choice! And would def go for Olivia if that's what yous like because as soon as he sees her he will forget all about anyone else who has the name!!

How about Alyvia or Alivia... same name, only slightly different from your brother's ex. Just a thought....

I def think you should go with a name you love... and if you are already having doubts about Imogen then it's prob not the right name for you...!
