Ive got a baby jogger side by side at the moment but my oldest walks now and my youngest is 2.5 and big. Im due my third soon and am moving somewhere where i will have to either store the pram in a smaller space or carry it up a flight of stairs every time i finish with it or when using it back down again. I was thinking of swapping to a city select but i am really unsure as the handling and weight distribution is really good on the one i have and im concerned handling and going up curbs will be a pain with a tandem. Which is the style i prefer. I will have to hold my oldest ones hand too so will need to be good to push. Anyone got a select? Or one similar?

Have you considered a light stroller for your two and a half year old and a sling for the baby? That's what I did with my 3 year old until he was ready to walk everywhere.

I have a select. Love love love it. DS is an absolute ninja and legs it at every opportunity. DD didn't like being worn.
And the basket is big so you can do a quick shop. Get a double for your own sanity you'll have three children at least if it all kicks off two of them are contained. And you can get a scooter board aswel to make life easier for your oldest.

I have a tandem and a side by side and typically for my sake I prefer to use my tandem. Mine is a big one but is still easy enough to get up and down curbs, it's much easier to get around shops with and I like the fact that initially baby seems more sheltered and protected than being in a side by side and exposed to all the elements.

Not a city select, but I do have a tandem (Phil and teds navigator). I'd def get a tandem with you having 3 so that you can strap the 2.5 year old in securely when needs be. My 2.5 year old and 4 year old both fit in either seat, it's light to push (even with one hand and the dog's lead in the other), and no problem up kerbs. I love mine!
