double vision...any ideas what may have caused it?

I posted this in the 2nd tri as well, just wondering if anyone here has experienced this here:

On my way home from work today my vision started getting blurry, and by the time I made it to somewhere I could pull over it was doubled...two of everything! It freaked me out that it happened while I was driving! Anyone know what could cause this? Dr Google says blood pressure or gd. Low or high bp? I plan on calling my dr tomorrow but we're leaving on Wednesday to go home for Xmas and refuse to miss my flight...hopefully it's nothing that will take more than a day!
