I am using Dr Brown's at the moment but am facing a bit of an issue.

I have just 'upgraded' Jack to 7oz bottles but of course once you add the powder it is closer to 8oz. So I am a bit buggered if he wants to upgrade to 8oz bottles as they will leak!

Has anyone else faced this issue? What bottles could I make an easy transition to?

I'm a little confused, I use Dr Browns and I make 8oz bottles for night time, and they don't leak?

Oh really? The ones I have go up to 8oz and it says on the bottle not to fill them any higher than about 8.5oz 'to prevent leaks'. Once I put 8 scoops of formula in it will be more like 9oz or 9 and a bit!

Do your bottles also have the leak warning?

Yes, but in all honesty I think it's a bunch of crap.
did you try to do it and it leaked?

You would only put 4 scoops in. Shouldn't affect it more than 1 oz

The formula here in the UK tends to be 1 scoop per oz!

There is a line above the 8oz mark. Ive overfilled them with no issue. Ive heard a lot of people complain about Dr. B leaking, after almost 1 year of use I have never had a single leak. I even shake them! I pinch the nipple when I shake now though since she is drinking 8oz. It shouldn't be a real problem. Have you tried it yet?

Yeah they've been pretty leaky for me - I have tried an Avent with no issues so am just going to switch!

Thanks all.
