drain in after c section anyone?

i had a drain put in due to a bleed during the section that they struggled to stop, i had no issues with it but where they put it in above my section wound it looks like the hole they made is healing with a dip in the middle so have a feeling its going to heal badly and still look like a hole!
has any one else had one and how did it heal?

I also had a drain...6 months ago it has healed now but has a ridge in it...although I think that is more how it was removed x

I had a drain in too and you can barely see a scar at all (mind you it is just above another large scar from previous surgery!) mine was allowed to heal naturally (no glue or stitches) and I think that helps as your body "puts itself back to normal" IMO!

I had a drain for another op i had in May, and i have a scar now, although it's healed nicely, it feels like a dent when you run your finger over it.

thank you for your replies ladies.i just had had couple of medi strips put over it and they told me it just looked like a paper cut but doesnt look like that now.
fingers crossed it seals up a bit more then x
