Dreaming of contractions and waking up to find they're real

I've had painless BH contractions for a few weeks already but the last few days I've been dreaming of having contractions with the feel of early labor.. ie. like slight period pains.. then I wake up and I'm actually having a contraction, except they aren't painful. I wonder if it's the dream setting them off or the contractions affecting my dreams. Has anyone else had anything like this?
