I very rarely have dreams that are horrible enough for me to wake up for but I had this terrible dream last night that was that horrible I ended up turning over and cuddling up to my OH whoI must have woken because he asked what was wrong, I told him and he held my hand until I went back to sleep! Anyway I won't go into the dream but as I woke up I was about to be killed quite violently. I don't think I've ever had a dream where I died in it. I remember my friends used to say if you died in a dream it meant you'd died in real life (sounds stupid I know) but has anyone actually died in a dream? Or is there some sort of psychological thing that wakes us up just before it happens?
