Is it too sweet? I thought it would be nice for him, then I thought that they make be far too sugary. Anyone know? He loved it!!
 
they're really good kat. you can also rehydrate them by boiling them in some water for five mins for purees. they are just dried. nothing added. but too many dried ones can cause constipation. fin loves them. xx
 
Yes, they are fine but I heard the unsulphurised ones are the best to go for (browner ones) as they don't contain any sodium. x
 
Yeah it should just be dried, shouldn't have anything added to it. But drying can sometimes concentrate the sugars..but it's all natural sugars that would be in the regular fruit too. The boys love them, but I cut them into tiny pieces if I give them to Hayden since they are so chewy
 
I boil them and then puree them, Erin loves it. xx
 
Yup, all good. And I heard dried prunes are good to put in milk for constipation (says my pharmacist)
