Dried Fruits...Fresh Fruit...

I usually always get my little man fresh fruits...but i bought some dried apricots to see what he thought and he loved them...

Bit of a weird question i guess but are they both the same and as nutritious?

The dried apricots i got said sugar free...

Wouldnt mind trying some more dried fruits...xx

I give my LO dried fruits all the time. He had dried plums (prunes) for dinner last night. And a dried mango slice with lunch today. He likes the dried mango for teething, too.
