Dropping milk intake by more than half!

We have only been weaning Lyla for a week, she is TW at the moment until 6 months when I'll introduce finger foods etc.

She started on one pot a day served in halves. She has upped herself to 2 pots a day, still served in halves. She used to drink 40oz of milk a day (5 x 8oz) although she dropped her night feed. She now drinks around 15oz a day and although we offer 8oz bottles she will usually just drink about 3oz of that.

Is this normal??

It sounds like she has dropped too much milk too soon.My lo is nearly a year old and in the last two weeks i've dropped it so that she is getting 16oz's and that's the minimum my lo should be having at her age x
Is she still having wet/dirty nappies?

Maybe reduce the amount of solids you are giving although it doesn't sound like you are giving her too much, i would maybe contact your hv just for a bit more advice, sorry x

Sounds like shes dropping too much too soon to me to, try reducing solids as said above.
