I think it's 20m per ml, or 40m per whole sample from what I read, but I'm getting really confused about these figures!

Hi hun has your hubby tried selenium for his low count I have heard that can really help, his last sample looks a bit more promising it just shows that it can change every day especially if he's feeling under pressure with doing it in a cup, really hope things work out for you xxxx

Yep, he's been on 150 µg a day for months lol
I think that more than double the RDA
