Dry Heaving and Gas (air)

Ive gagged a few times, but not so much dry heaves. I do have a lot of gas trapped in my tummy and I burp a lot and it seems to help when i get the air back up. I feel less nauseous.

yup, i had terrible sickness but its eased up recently and im on cyclizine to help so dont throw up as much anymore but the dry heaves are so annoying! i remember one day meeting up with friends and i was determined to be out of the house for a while because i had been getting so bored of constantly being stuck in sick so we were in town and i kept dry heaving but at this point i thought i could tell the difference between a dry heave and a spontaneous puke, turns out i didnt and still dont, been sick on myself in public 3 or 4 times so far during this pregnancy, nobody warns you that you'll be covered in sick this early on!
