My friend gave me heaps of her old Mio Bambino nappies. I washed them all yesterday and had to tumble-dry them because it rained all day. But they too sooooooo long to dry - I mean literally hours. Does anybody else have this problem with this particular type of nappy? It strikes me that if they're always going to take that long to dry, then it's not at all eco-friendly and undoes all the good work done by not using disposables.

No, i dont have that problem, mine dry quite quickly.

i air dry, they take about a day to a day and half depending how full the line is.

mine dont take that long to dry, well i dont think they do . i will have to see my next wash.

Have you tried putting other things in your dryer since to make sure it's working okay? :hugs:

Yeah, everything else is drying fine.

i put mine on the radiator and they dry quickly. if you're going to need to tumble dry regularly, then you can get things to speed up drying, makes them dead soft too!

You're not meant to dry them on a direct heat source and tumble driers need to be on a low heat. Ours took hours to tumble dry too, I would put them on for the maximum dry cycle length of 180 minutes and they would come out damp. At which point I put them on a clothes airer next to the radiator (when the heating was on in spring) and they would take another few hours to dry out fully.

My Bum Genius, in contrast, dry in the tumble drier on a low heat just fine as long as I don't put too many in at once (max 10).

im gonna do the same as shifter with drying them
