So I have breast fed for the first few days of baby born but switched to formula now. However my milk has come in and my breaststroke are engorged. How do I 'dry' then out?

You might get better responses from the Formula feeding forum as those ladies ha e all been through what you are describing. Basically not feeding your child from your breasts will dry them up, but I believe there are ways to speed up the process.

I just gradually stopped BFing and had no issues at all.
