Hi girls,
anyone tried Dukan Diet?
I know couple of girls who lost 2 stones in 2 months and both highly recommending it.
I had 3 pregnancies in 2.5 years and my body is nightmare.
need to loose at least 3 stones to get where I use to be.
I'm starthing first day today
any advice on some exercise and motivation. Plus tips on menu to this diet?
