I have low amniotic fluid & baby is measuring small. Do you think:cry: my doctor will want to deliver early? And i've read that they prefer to deliver via c section because smaller babies & mums.with low fluid have more complications?
Thanks.

They will keep bub in there as long as safely possible hunni, just wanted to say hope everything is ok, lots of hugs to you, let us know how you go !

I had low fluid (1.3cm at its worst) but my son continued to grow so I was allowed to give birth by myself. This is a scary time and I don't really have advice but I have my fingers crossed that everything will be fine x

As the others have said they'll keep baby in as long as possible provided he/she is still growing well.If baby stops growing then they might decide they can do more for baby by delivering early. At least they have picked up on it early and will closely monitor you and baby and can make sure everything is progressing well and I'm sure no matter when your little one arrives they will be just fine xx

I've got the opposite problem at the moment and am measuring 3 weeks ahead so have to have a growth scan next tuesday to check baby is ok and check fluid levels. Why do babies have to stress there mums so much even before there born!!

I was delivered early with my first because of this issue, not a section though, I was induced but not until almost 38 weeks.... They only saw the low fluid on a scan a few days before though. No major complications for me or baby.
