Early labour or braxton hicks

I have been having painless contractions for 24 hours, about 10 mins apart. I would normally assume its just bh but I am 39+3. There are sometimes what feels like constipation pains tho I am having 1-2 bowel movements per day. I have kept active, dtd (tmi but not sure if goo earlier was part of my plug or a present from last nite lol) went for a walk and there has been no change. I see the midwife tomorrow anyway but just wondering how likely it is to be early labour. I am not concerned about going overdue but I really don't want induced.

Do these kind of signs perhaps mean you body might be more inclined to go into labour itself?

Its so difficult to say as labour starts differently for everyone, but it sounds good. Fingers crossed this is the start of labour xx
