early period?

My cycles are 30 days. I had my period on the 29th of july my next was due on the 28th of august. On the 25th, i suddenly began to bleed. I assumed this was my period starting early and without notice. It lasted for a day, it wasnt as heavy and the next 2 days i had some light, brown spotting. The last 3 days i have began getting really sore breasts, nausea and headaches. Is this normal for an early period?

I had a friend that had something similar. She took a test about a week later and got a bfp. Good luck!
