Early Pregnancy & Pregnacare

hi, i just found out yesterday at 9dpo that i am pregnant... i have been taking boots conception vitamins but i found a box of pregnacare from my last pregnancy which are still in date. Just wondered whens best to start taking them? It may sound silly i just wasnt sure if you had to be soo many weeks pregnant first before starting them
