Talking of SPD yesterday, my pelvis popped last night and I've been in complete agony ;( start physio next week! If your SPD is hurting you badly, give them a call! Better to treat it now than later x
Me too! My physio this morning when I called said it's best to start early if it's bad so it has a chance of not getting worse. I have to start with group sessions then 1 on 1 when I get bigger. Glad you're taking it easy!
I wore my belt yesterday at work and it helped a bit. Though still by the end of the day I was still needed to stay off my feet but that is impossible with all my monsters. My boss is clueless too, I think I will have to get my Dr to write up a note just so I lift less.
