eBay advice please

Hi ive just soldmy quinny buzz, carseat and base on ebay. The winning bidder wants me to post, can some one please recommend me a courier which is good to use and also what would you say is the best way to package it up? Thanks

I'd use the Parcel2go website, has been brilliant for me. Not too sure about packaging though.
