Ebay help

I recently sold some cloth pocket nappies on ebay without inserts. On the listing I didn't specify that they would come with them but also didn't point out that they didn't. Anyway, the buyers opened a case against me saying that the item wasn't as described (would you agree with that?). Anyway I begrudgingly sent her a message saying that I would refund her as I know ebay tends to favor buyers, am I supposed to refund her the postage to return it too? What happens if I don't receive it? Bleugh fast losing faith with ebay buyers

Yes will definitely until I've received them back, just don't know if I'm obliged to pay return postage?

i had this issue once as a buyer tho.... the item was not as discribed and in the policies it said something about the seller not having to pay return postage... i moaned to ebay and ebay sent me a free postage label
