Anyone have any experience of disputes on ebay? I raised one and was granted a refund on 25th May. They did not ask me to return to sender so I threw the item out. The seller has now contacted me and wants the item back. Seeing as they previosly refused a refund I told them Ive thrown in out.....Do I now need to refund them?

Usually if ebay doesn't tell you to return it, then it means you've to keep the item. That's what happened to me once when I received a damaged item, I was just to keep the item and got a full refund plus postage xx

Thats what I thought, I think mum kept part of it but the main toy was thrown away. They havent emailed me back after I told them it was thrown away x

I agree they are chancing it hun. If ebay grant a refund without requiring you to return the item then you don't have to.
