EBF for 5.5 months - brown spotting - poss TMI

I've been EBF ds2 since birth. For the last couple of days I've noticed some brown spotting when wiping (TMI).

I didn't think anything should be 'going on' down there while I'm ebf. Is this anything to worry about?

There's no possibility I'm pregnant.

My periods came back by the time my LO was 8 weeks old and I ebf. Sadly it is no guarantee.

At around 6months ebf no longer becomes a reliable contraceptive, so I assume it is quite common for cycles to return around this time.
