effects of menopur

I've been stimming for 3 days on menopur 150 and I'm starting to feel really rough.

Yesterday evening my tummy was tender and I was soooooooooo tired. Today I feel constantly sick and tender, I didn't get this with gonal f till later on.

I read that menopur is supposed to be better for side effects but I seem to feel unwell already! Argh!

Anyone else felt uncomfortable so early on menopur? I know everyone's different and I hope it's not me just being mad and imagining it!! lol

Hope your ok. I'm due to start menopur 150 when I start my 1st cycle...... least I can prepare myself!!!!

I'm ok, everyone's different so you may be different it's better than gonal f for me! But it's all pants to be honest! good luck

Hi There!

You're right, everyone is terribly different. My cycle was a combination of Gonal F and Menopur. So I can't say for sure which one caused the symptoms, but I also had tender tummy, extreme bloating (thought there was no way I couldn't be pregnant it was so bad), fatigue. The only complaint I did not have that everyone else seemed to was the extreme emotions. Mine were actually much, much worse on Clomid.

I feel like I've typed a whole lot, and probably not helped much at all, but didn't want to read and run!

Good Luck...and remember...all the symptoms you get will be "worthwhile" if it ends in a BFP!!!
