Hi,
I am Landy from Toronto. I read a birth injury case where the child was born with brain damage. I read the case on the website of Sommers & Roth medical malpractice lawyer firm. How do we make sure that this doesn't happen ? I though fetal monitoring was done only when required. But the story I read shows an entirely different situation. The injury occurred because EFM was not done. Is it necessary to do EFM before delivery?
