I'm 23 and have a little girl named Aaryella who will b 13 months tomorrow and I will be having my second little girl Angelyca on Saturday c section

I am in a simular situation. 18 & pregnant for the second time. My twins would be 18 but unfortunately they both passed away. I'm wondering how to tell my parents again also.
