Help!
I recently became a marketing manager. I started in new business development and been thrown in the deep end.
I do event planning/managing, lead generation, email marketing. brand creation/awareness. Thats just part of what i do.
I am meeting up in two weeks to talk about what i want to keep doing, do more off, do less off. This will determine my pay rise!
I know i dont want to be in sales as the front man. I dont mind networking at events- but definiately wouldnt want to be leading the event, presenting at an event.
So I need to create a 2 year career plan.... and in 6 months we plan to ttc for number 1- obviously i cant say that!
help people!! any generic things i can be saying?
