Endometriosis and pregnancy - pain??

OK so the doctors all told me getting pregnant would stop my endo pain, when should I expect this to kick in? I have quite severe endo which is very agressive (e.g. grew whilst on Zoladex). Both my ovaries are tethered to my pelvis and I am having horrible tearing pains both sides. My midwife was a bit vague on this when I asked her, she likened it to ligament pain, but I'm pretty certain scar tissue and adhesions are not designed to stretch.

Does anyone have any experience of this? Did the pain ease for you and if so when?

I am trying to take minimal painkillers, was on paracetamol and tramadol 4 times a day have cut this to twice and only half the normal dose.

Mine is not as severe as yours but my pain stopped about 12-13 weeks? It comes back every once in a while as very bad cramps but only when baby lays a certain way I think.
