Hi everyone, well I'm 7w 4d's, have had constant pelvic/back/hip pain, I get this all the time anyway with the endometriosis. It has been worse since I found out I'm pregnant. I also have terrible indigestion which most endo sufferers have aswell. Sometimes I think my pain is related to wind and my indigestion along side the endo pain, as it is somewhat relieved when I pass wind. Sorry TMI!

This pain became a lot worse 2 days ago which has now eased again to what it was. Problem is today I had some light brown spotting mixed in with my vaginal discharge after using the toilet. I'm not surprised as the pain was so bad. Anyone else experience this, I just want this pain to settle. Any endo sufferers out there I can talk to who understand what I'm going through?

Hi darlin. Yes I have very severe stage 4 endo it's all over my bowls intestines and bladder. I was given a 1% chance of conceiving naturally so we were very very lucky.

I have to say tho I am surprised you are in so much pain. Endo pain is made worse by the cyclical nature of hormones which to some extent dies down in pregnancy and our hormones are much steadier. My endo pain has reduced by around 90% although the pain was so bad for me I would pass out and was unable to walk. The only endo pain I still have left it digestion pain which can be very painful but once I have gone to the loo it goes away.

Are you under a gyne consultant through your pregnancy? If you have had spotting chick I would get checked out to put your mind at rest.

So sorry you are in pain. I do understand xxx

I'm having quite bad endo pain too - the knife up the bum feeling that I get during ovulation/period is here and showing no signs of disappearing. For a little while at the start of pregnancy your womb lining does thicken so I'm wondering if that's the reason my pain is still so bad.

I'm also getting spotting now and then but so far, nothing to worry about. So long as you don't have any severe pains (I was doubled over in agony with MC last month) and bright red, heavy bleeding, you should be ok :)

I know it's not very reassuring, I still worry at every little ache and pain!

Thanks girls, woke up today with more spotting and back pain. I'm booked in for the scan tomorrow and my cramping is nagging and constant like AF could arrive at anytime. I don't have a good feeling about this. :-(
