Endometritis not endometriosis

So after TTC for 27 months, 3 doctors, 4 miscarriages, 1 surgery, multiple tests and verge of divorce a few times my doctor finally found our problem. I have endometritis caused by the birth of our first daughter. I started treatment on 7-8-11 and was supposed to have a biopsy on 8-8-11. I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning which was +. (we werent trying this month but I guess we werent careful enough) I did blood work and my HCG was 31.8. I am 4 weeks.(I know level is low and baby prob wont survive) My question is has anyone had endometritis and delivered a healthy baby? They cant even test me for it while I am pregnant. So if they cured me baby might live, if not baby will die in next week or 2. Maybe Im crazy but its killing me to just wait for my baby to die. I should be excited but I cant bc I have little hope. HELP!

:hugs:
No advice but that sounds like a really difficult place to be in.

I have had surgery to remove endometreosis, but I haven't had what you have (I've had 3 2nd trimester miscarraiges). Sorry to hear about your losses. Have they checked progesterone for you?

Good luck!

Ya my progesterone is good. 16.6. My HCG yesterday was 73 so thats good so far. they will check it again tomorrow.

Do anyone know how they can diagnose chronic endometritis (not to be confused with endometriosis) and what are the symptoms?
I was going through my medical history and looked at various scan reports I've had over the last 15 years. One thing I discovered is that I was previously diagnosed with possible chronic endometritis. It's an inflammation of the internal layer of the womb. it was never confirmed but I wonder if that could be the reason why we have been TTC for ages. My FS never mentioned it, lap/hsg/hysteroscopy/biopsy also did not bring it up (but these procedures can be the cause of it as well). Is it possible that I may still have it but they just missed it? I have occasional spotting for 1-2 days before or after AF, have some kind of scratching sensation in my uterus in TWW or cramping. I wonder how I can know for sure whether I have endometritis or not?
