Enlarged Kidneys.

My LO has a grade 1 and grade 2 enlarged kidney. The Doctor doesn't seem too worried about it. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Am not very much aware of levels / grades in kidney enlargement, but my 25 weeker daughter still has an enlarged kidney and was told that this is very common with premmies (as they are on TPN, IV) and by growth the difference would subside.

May be some one with more detail would be able to help/share their views
