Hi Sorry if this doesnt belong in here! Just wanted to know if your child has epilepsy? My son is 5 and just been diagnosed, he's been having absence seizures and put on epilim. The side effects are quite bad and Im really worried so wondering if anyones child is on the same meds. Thanks in Advance xx

Hiya. Sorry you are going through this. I would maybe head over to the special needs board as i know there are mums on there with children who have seizures.

Sorry you're going through this. I can't help from a mother point of view as my children don't have it, however I was diagnosed very young (around 4-5 I think) with Atypical Absence Seizures. If you need anyone to talk to feel free to PM me
