Erm.. Hemorrhoids

Ok so, when I was 18 weeks pregnant I made a hospital trip because I was bleeding. It ended up being from the back after a number 2. But, when I wiped from front to back there was a tiny bit of blood and I kept wiping and got nothing. So I couldn't be sure of where it came from. A few days later after doing a number 2 I had lots of blood, deffo from the back. So I didn't worry then because I kinda knew it was just constipation/hemorrhoids. I've had bleeding occasionally, always from the back. I don't let it panic me or anything now because I kinda just know what it is.

Today I went to the toilet and done a wee, when I wiped there was blood. Spent a good five minutes or so making sure it wasn't from the front. Once again, it was from the back. But, I only had a wee. Should I be worried? Is it normal to just bleed for no reason sometimes with hemmorhoids? I haven't dared to get the mirror out and check out what's going on down there. That's kind of a last resort thing. Last night my back passage was a little sore and itchy though.

yes when you pee you still contract the bowel muscles which can open up a hemorrhoid

Mine bleed almost everytime I wipe regardless of whether I have had a bowel movement. I think it is because the skin is so sensitive there. Sorry if tmi but mine are external so I have to wipe more than I would without piles (when having a bowel movement) so I think it leaves the skin permanently irritated x
