Our little bundle of cuteness arrived on 9th April at 00.18, weighing 7lbs 10.5oz.

I got to the hospital at around 4pm on the 8th and was already 8-9cm dilated.

After a few hours of pushing, he had to be helped out with Ventouse as his heart rate was dropping - turns out his arm was up by his head and that is why I was having trouble pushing him out. It took just 2 pushes with the Ventouse and out he came screaming

I only had gas and air and a little local anaesthetic as I had to have an episiotomy. We were home by 6pm the same day.
