evaps on blue handle ic's

Hi,
Does anyone know if the blue handle internet cheapies are prone to evap lines?
They are red dye not blue so meant to be better aren't they?

I used a test last nite (9dpo) and a shadow of a line appeared, in the right place and same thickness, but outside the time limit!
I don't want to get my hopes up that it's the start of something but just wondered if anyone has experienced evap lines with these?
