Hi ladies
I'm being induced at 38 weeks due to Type 2 diabetes and I am scared that forcing the little man out before he, or indeed my body, is ready could result in longer/more painful/more comlplicated labour.
I'd heard that taking EPO helps to soften and ripen the cervix, therefore speeding up dilation etc.
Does anyone have experience of whether this actually works or not and how did you take it? I've heard you can take it orally, vaginally or both!
If anyone that's tried this could share there experiences I would be most grateful.
Thanks
