Oops, I meant 1600mg, I confused it with my Soy. TBH I havent noticed any difference with my CM but I will still try again next month with it... anythings worth a go if we end up with our right?
It's also supposed to help ease PMS, which is what I was going to try it for this cycle....although now I know it has TTC benefits I am even more excited about trying it! xx
