Ever changing period..Should I be worried?

Hi Ladies!
Hoping for some advice
My period seems to have gone from heavy to OMG palm sized black clots (sorry TMI!) (many of them) and every pregnancy symptom in the book once every 23 days I literally have about 1 week in each cycle for either PMS or pregnancy symptoms to show and there is just no difference anymore. Breasts swell- blue veins bulge, exhaustion, food cravings, over emotional, abundent CM, breakouts, etc..
Could this affect my ability to get pregnant? Should I be worried??

If you had normal periods and are now getting palm sized clots then you def need to see a doctor. It could be anything really, but def get it checked out
